FANATEC GT WORLD CHALLENGE EUROPE POWERED BY AWS
New success for RISTOGEST and RICETTE ITALIANE, a spin-off of SFNL, protagonists at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza from 20 to 22 September for the FANATEC GT World Challenge. A unique opportunity that saw our food&beverage join one of the most prestigious events in the world of endurance motorsport with 3 stations dedicated to making the engines of taste roar.

FORMULA 1 PIRELLI GRAN PREMIO D'ITALIA MONZA
The weekend of the Formula 1 Pirelli Gran Premio d’Italia saw RISTOGEST, as general contractor for Food & Beverage, play a decisive role in ensuring an offer of the highest quality. With 55 food trucks under the aegis of the SFNL format, 16 F&B areas and over 800 operators involved, RISTOGEST managed the catering with efficiency and innovation.

RISTOGEST in pole position from 17 to 19 May at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola to satisfy the palates of the thousands of fans who flocked to the FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES GRAN PREMIO DEL MADE IN ITALY E DELL’EMILIA-ROMAGNA 2024.

WEC - FIA WORLD ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP
From 19 to 21 April 2024 RISTOGEST, through its Street Food National League format, will refresh with taste and quality the audience of fans present at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo and Dino Ferrari in Imola for the second round of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).

WORLD VESPA DAYS 2024
From 18 to 21 April RISTOGEST was the protagonist at VespaWorldDay 2024 in Pontedera (PISA) with RICETTE ITALIANE foodbikes and the Street Food National League foodcourt. The occasion was doubly important: VWD 2024 celebrates 140 years of Piaggio and 100 years of the Pontedera plant.

CONFEDERAZIONE DELLE IMPRESE CIRCOLARI VERSO SCARTO ZERO
RISTOGEST joins, together with 26 other national and international companies, the Confederazione delle Imprese Circolari verso Spreco Zero, a project created by Zero Waste and launched in conjunction with the awarding of Prodotto Rifiuti Zero dell’Anno 2023 during Zero Waste Training, an event organised by Zero Waste Italy held on 7-8-9 December in Capannori (LU) . The Confederation is configured as a real HUB that connects – for the first time in Italy – the economic actors that are committed to circularity paths to promote new circular economic initiatives. It is coordinated by Zero Waste and Italy and the Centro Ricerca Rifiuti Zero.

For the first time in Italy, a journey through Asia’s delicious street food. RISTOGEST creates a new format to showcase traditional Asian dishes and new interpretations, with a busy program of events making this a very special experience.

I LIDI DI LUCIA
Enjoying the beautiful beaches of Lake Como. I Lidi di Lucia (Lucia’s Beach Clubs) came about with the concession for the Pradello beach club (along with Mandello and Poncia); three venues on the Lecco shore offering beach services, food & beverages.

Accommodation is another key area of our company’s work. With the concession of Lecco Hostel and Ostello San Frediano in Lucca, RISTOGEST enters the hospitality sector with innovative solutions for tourism and the local area.

DOPO SALONE FINANZA
For the Salone del Risparmio event at the World Join Center in Milan, we organized a large-scale happening for participants: representatives of the world’s major savings and financial institutions attended an exclusive food court, with cookery demos by renowned chefs from all over Italy.

BECOMING HUMAN: BE A HERO
We can all be heroes. For the Lucca Comics & Games Convention, and with support from the Ministry of Health and the Italian National Transplant Centre, RISTOGEST organized an exhibition event with an international communications campaign to raise public awareness of organ and tissue donation.

RISTOCUP
RISTOGEST presents its own-brand RISTOCUP, an eco-friendly cup designed to replace single-use plastic for large events. Approved by ZEROWASTE Italy, it’s reusable, washable, safe, customizable, sustainable, intelligent and collectable.

OBJECTIVE GLUTEN FREE 2.0
Thanks to EU funding, RISTOGEST took part in an innovative project for the production of gluten-free flours and doughs for frozen products, which can also be used to develop new formats for the delivery of street food.

FOOD INCLUSION AT LC&G
In collaboration with Nutrifree, at Lucca Comics & Games RISTOGEST presented a 100% “free from” food stand, under the banner of food inclusion, offering street food made entirely from 100% gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan ingredients.

EUGENIO'S - ITALIAN EXPERIENCE
Made in Italy food comes to Estonia: RISTOGEST presents the brand Eugenio’s, a format based on Eugenio Galbiati, a dynamic businessman with long and varied experience in the restaurant trade, with the aim of establishing stores and outlets to become the main Italian F&B brand in the country.

MONZA GP - GREAT PLACE
RISTOGEST wins the contract to organize and produce the MONZA GP event on behalf of the Monza municipality: events, shows, concerts, assorted restaurants and street food stands in the historic city centre to celebrate the Italian F1 Grand Prix and its passion for speed.

UT UNUM
To coincide with Milan Design Week, RISTOGEST offers a wide-ranging charity initiative involving art, design, fine dining and solidarity. The packed program includes a site-specific work by designer Anna Barbara at the refurbished Refettorio Ambrosiano, and a lunch cooked by award-winning chef Andrea Aprea.
